Three types of people?
1. Those who make things happen!
2. Those who watch things happen.
3. Those who wonder what happened?

If You Can Just Hang On
Long Enough, Time Will Finally Create Those
Desired Successful Conditions!

“Many men (people) fail because they quit
too soon. They lose faith when the signs are against them. They do not have the courage
to hold on, to keep fighting in spite of that
which seems insurmountable.”
Dr. C. E. Welch, of Welch’s Grape Juice 1922

 New-Creative-Unique-Solutions
When we are not healthy everything else in life is affected. We all need good healthy habits for physical health and functional relationships at school, work, and home. New solutions require new ideas, new perspectives, more thinking, more creativity, more imagination, and more intelligent conscientious work.

Sorry, No Overnight Pill, Quantum Leap,
or Instant Gratification Answers

Quantum leap, instant gratification answers to problems include things like gastric bypass surgery, divorce, diet pills, winning the lottery, steroids, robbing a bank, taking enhancement drugs, pills, etc. Gastric bypass surgery and other related surgeries are on the rise at an alarming rate. In many cases these surgeries and taking miracle pills are like robbing a bank. After robbing a bank many of our money problems may be solved, but a whole host of new problems arise! Waiting to win the lottery and other quick fix solutions just do not suffice.
Pi Ranch.com Has Answers!
We have found that it is the little daily decisions that matter. Many people are surprised to find out that it is the little things we do over long periods of time that accumulate and make the big differences. Little steps accumulate and compound to make big differences!

Easy Choices!
It is easy to make the little successful choices, but it is also easy to NOT make those little successful choices. It is easy to make good, seemingly insignificant, choices. It is also easy to make poor, seemingly insignificant, choices. Your little daily decisions do matter and they lead to success or failure as they accumulate over TIME.
Visible & Invisible Results!
Invisible results are the results we “see” tomorrow. Visible results are what we see in time. Oftentimes when we make the right choice we do not get to see the results overnight. If we choose to eat past 7 PM tonight it does not make us overweight today or tomorrow or if we choose to not eat past 7 PM tonight it will not make us healthy today or tomorrow which makes these simple little choices seem invisible, insignificant, or unimportant. But, when I choose to eat past 7 PM 4 out of 7 days each week that adds up to 208 times a year which has a strong visible impact on our health. Doing the little simple things over & over & over has accumulative compounded effects.
Success is the journey of making good little decisions consistently, day after day which is where Pi Ranch.com Healthy Habits helps.
Pi Ranch.com Solutions!
Pi Ranch.com Healthy Habits Programs force us to take daily responsibility for our many little actions and decisions, especially if we want to reach our goal and complete our unique virtual trip in a reasonable time period! All day long we make decisions which accumulate and compound over time. Walking for an hour hour today will not make us healthy overnight just like not walking an hour each day will not make us unhealthy overnight. Both decisions are easy. What is hard for us to see is that walking an hour everyday for a year adds up to half a month of nonstop walking (15.2 days). A decision to ignore a loved one has accumulative compounded effects on the relationship over time. Deciding to save or not to save monthly accumulates and has compounded effects on your finances over time.
A Must Read Book
Jeff Olson, writer of “The Slight Edge,” says that we want
“quantum leap answers” or the fastest way to success techniques which violate the natural process. Important things happen over time. We want to plant seeds today and harvest by tomorrow. We need to plant, water, cultivate, and then FINALLY harvest. We must do the easy things, the easy steps, over a long period of time. Cultivating is an accumulation of small easy steps over a long period of time. In terms of health or obesity the little steps are things like daily exercise, eating our fruit & veggies daily, drinking enough water, eating a healthy breakfast, and the other items found in our
Health Habits Weekly Miles Charts.
Learning What Is Important
Jeff Olson puts together a great argument on the importance of good information & knowledge which leads to good philosophy, which leads to good attitudes, which leads to important repeated daily actions. Good actions over time become a highway to good results, habits, & lifestyle. He teaches the critical importance of reading and gathering good information on a daily basis, but he also teaches that information & awareness alone is not sufficient. We have loads of great exercise & diet information via the internet, books, tapes, classes, & infomercials, yet we have more obesity, adult onset diabetes, and heart disease than ever before.
We must do the little things and understand the importance of continuing to do these important little things.

We Must Ingrain the Importance
of Continuing to do the Little Steps!

It is not what I know, but what I continue to do that matters!
We must implant or fix deeply and firmly in our minds and actions the importance of continuing to do the easy, little choices which lead to success.
Answers!
Pi Ranch.com Healthy Habits Programs through unique, fun, virtual trips helps to fix deeply and firmly in our lives the importance of the continuity of doing those minuscule, yet massively meaningful, easy repetitious steps! You have come to the right place! We do have one question for you:
Who is responsible for your greatness?

Welcome, All Aboard, & Onward!
